WIFE CAUGHT MOLESTING OUR DAUGHTER – AND CLAIMED IT WAS AI: ANAMBRA HUSBAND TELLS ALL

GREATRIBUNETVNEWS –IKECHUKWU Onyeanyusi, husband of 36-year-old Anulika Onyeanusia arrested for alleged child abuse, has revealed how he uncovered the act.
Speaking in a video posted by the Anambra Ministry of Women and Social Welfare on Saturday, he gave a step-by-step account.
THE KEY FACTS – IN FULL QUOTATIONS:
1. THE DISCOVERY:
“I was returning from my business on Thursday evening when a friend showed me a video involving his wife and their eight-year-old daughter.”
“I saw the video. It was my wife, and I saw my daughter. She was molesting the child,”
2. HE DIDN’T KNOW IT WAS ONLINE:
“He said he had not seen the video online before his friend brought it to his attention.”
3. CONFRONTATION:
“I came to her, and I asked her, ‘What exactly is this that I saw on the internet?'”
“‘I saw your video molesting my daughters. How come this happened?’ She said no. That it’s not true,”
4. THE DENIAL:
“According to him, his wife maintained that the video was generated by AI when he asked her how she could deny what he had seen.”
Onyeanyusi said police operatives arrived at their residence shortly afterwards, searched the premises and arrested his wife.
“Before I knew it, police have already come to my house. They said they want to search. I said to them, ‘Okay.’ So they did all the searching they did, they arrested her and all of us left,” he said.
He said his wife later admitted to the allegation while being questioned at the police station.
Onyeanyusi said the Divisional Police Officer asked him whether he knew about what his wife was allegedly doing to their daughters, and he said he did not.
He said his wife also told the police that he was unaware of her actions.
“That is when I turned to her, I asked her, ‘Did you do this, really?’ And she said yes,” he said.
Onyeanyusi said he was shocked by the admission.
“I got weak. I got tired. How come this kind of a thing can happen? How can you do this kind of a thing?” he said.
He said he decided to speak publicly because he did not want people to assume that he was aware of the alleged abuse.
“I am totally disappointed in my wife. I never believed that she is going to do this kind of a thing, even to the daughter… to her own daughter and to my own daughter. I never believed it.
“That is why I decided to make this video to the public to know,” he said.
The Anambra State Police Command had earlier said Onyeanusia was arrested following information obtained from a video circulating online.
The command said four children, aged two, three, six and nine, were rescued during the operation, while sex toys and other items were recovered.
The police said Onyeanusia remained in custody as investigators worked to establish the circumstances surrounding the alleged offence and determine whether other people were involved.
In a separate statement, Anambra First Lady Nonye Soludo called for a thorough investigation and said the rescued children should receive medical, psychological and other support.
