NNPC WARNS AGAINST FAKE RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR PORT HARCOURT REFINING COMPANY

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd.) has issued a warning to the public to disregard a fake recruitment announcement circulating online for the Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC).
According to Olufemi Soneye, Chief Corporate Communications Officer, NNPC Limited, there is no separate recruitment process for PHRC. The company had started a recruitment process last year, which encompasses all NNPC Ltd.’s businesses. Successful candidates from the Computer-Based Aptitude Test are scheduled for interviews this week.
The fake recruitment link circulating online is allegedly the work of scammers seeking to exploit the revamped Port Harcourt Refinery to defraud unsuspecting individuals.
NNPC Ltd. urges the public to be cautious and not fall for the scam.
