ETERNA PLC APPOINTS OLUMIDE ADEOSUN AS NEW MD/CEO

The Board of Directors at Eterna Plc has announced the appointment of Mr. Olumide Adeosun as the company’s new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
The appointment, according to a statement by David Edet , the Company’s Secretary/Legal Adviser, takes effect on February 3, 2025.
The Board expressed its gratitude to the outgoing MD/CEO, Mr. Abiola Lawal, who will be resigning from the company on January 31, 2025, for his exceptional leadership and significant contributions during his tenure.
Mr. Adeosun brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously served as Group Executive Director of Rainoil Limited and as a Non-Executive Director of Eterna Industries Limited. He also chaired the Major Energy Marketers Association of Nigeria (MEMAN) and advocates for clean energy.
The Board congratulates Mr. Adeosun on his appointment and wishes him success in his new position.
