GREATRIBUNETVNEWS–A heartbreaking fire incident has claimed the lives of the daughter, three grandchildren, and a house help of Sokoto State Government’s Secretary, Muhammad Bello Sifawa. The tragic event occurred in the early hours of Monday at the family’s residence, with the fire breaking out around 3:00 am .
Rabi’atu Bello Sifawa, the daughter of the Secretary to the State Government, and her three children, Fatimatu Bello Yusuf, Maryam Bello Yusuf, and Abubakar Sadik Bello Yusuf, as well as their house help, Aishatu Muhammad, lost their lives in the devastating fire .
The funeral prayer for the deceased was held in Sifawa town, Bodinga Local Government, and was attended by several dignitaries, including the state Deputy Governor, Idris Muhammed Gobir, and the Minister of Labour and Employment, Muhammad Maigari Dingyadi .
The Sokoto State Government has condoled with the Secretary to the State Government, offering their heartfelt condolences and support during this difficult time .The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
