GREATRIBUNTVNEWS–Beatrice Eyong, UN Women Country Representative to Nigeria and ECOWAS, emphasized the importance of improving the conditions and status of African women and girls in order to take their rightful place in the world’s shifting geopolitics.
Speaking at the 12th anniversary Lecture of Realnews Magazine, Eyong noted that the global economy stands to gain trillions if women participate equally in the economy and receive equal pay.
