OMO’BINRIN IBADAN PONBELE CLUB INDUCTS MEMBERS INTO CCII TOMORROW
The Omo’binrin Ibadan Ponbele Club,will be inducted into the Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes, tomorrow,Friday.
The ceremony will take place at the Ibadan House ,Oke-Aremo Ibadan,a statement by the President,Chief Mrs Erelu Jayeoba said.
She expressed the determination of the club to promote the social and cultural values of Ibadan,as well as provide the needed backbone for Ibadan women.
The club will continue to promote requisite advocacy for the empowerment of female youth population in the city of Ibadan,she said
She also appreciated her cabinet members for their unrelenting support towards Ibadan development,and expressed optimism that the gesture would go a long way in redoubling the efforts of women in the growth of Ibadan.
