BUHARI CHARGES SECURITY CHIEFS, OTHERS TO DO ALL NECESSARY TO END CRISIS
President Muhammed Buhari has charged security chiefs and government at all levels to do all that is necessary to end the riots in the country.
Buhari, the National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno told reporters, said this at the end of National Security meeting he presided over on Thursday in Abuja, administrative capital of the country.
“His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, has asked governments at all levels to do all that is necessary to find a lasting solution to the crisis in the country,” Mr. Monguno told reporters, noting that the “riots are taking an unwanted dimension that could result into a full anarchy.”
The president, Monguno added, would soon come up with “something” agreelable to all Nigerians.
