JUST IN: Akure Residents Count Losses As Explosion Wreck Havoc On Over 100 Residential Houses, School, Churches.
Residents of Akure, the Ondo state capital woke up on Saturday morning to count their losses as huge blast wreck havoc on residential buildings, schools and Churches
No fewer than 100 residential buildings including a school and a church at Eleyowo ,a sprawling community along airport road were affected.
Many people living within the church premises were said to be injured while some were rescued by volunteers.
The school with boarding facilities was destroyed beyond repair with roofs of all the buildings blown off.
